Help and support

Ordering, warranty and using your chair

If you cannot find the information you need below, contact us and we will be happy to help.

How do I order, and how long will it take?

You can order through Sowecare or a partner supplier, depending on your country. For direct enquiries, send us your requirements to request a quotation.

The stated production lead times are two weeks for simpler models and four weeks for more complex chairs, plus around a week for transport. Ask Sowecare to confirm the current lead time and ordering route for your configuration and country. When ordering through a partner, ask that supplier about advice and service.

Can I order from outside the European Union?

Delivery depends on whether the chair meets the requirements of the destination country. Sowecare chairs comply with the European Medical Devices Regulation; countries such as the United States and Canada may have additional national requirements. Contact us to confirm whether we can supply your country.

What warranty applies to my chair?

For direct purchases, the stated terms provide a three-year warranty on the chair and six months on the battery and pneumatic tyres, with repairs covered during the applicable warranty period. Spare parts remain available after three years, up to seven years after purchase.

Contact Sowecare to confirm the terms that apply to your order and country.

Will the chair fit through my doors?

The seat width is listed on the second page of each model’s brochure. The overall width of the LeTriple Wheels and LeRoulé Plus depends on the seat width selected. Contact us to discuss dimensions or adaptations.

Can I use the chair outdoors or transport it in a car or taxi?

LeTriple models are designed for indoor use and are not rainproof. They can be transported as luggage and must not be occupied during travel.

The LeRoulé Plus is designed for indoor and outdoor use. Before planning occupied vehicle transport, ask Sowecare to confirm whether your exact chair configuration and restraint system are approved, and follow the applicable instructions.

Who can I ask about funding?

Contact Sowecare or your local specialist supplier to discuss funding questions for your model and country.

Funding enquiries

Does electric height adjustment cost extra?

Electric height adjustment is included, together with the battery and charger. The source recommends charging around twice a week and every three months when the chair is not being used. Check the instructions supplied with your specific chair and battery.

Can the chair be adapted to my needs?

Sowecare chairs are made to individual requirements, with the available options depending on the model. Contact us for an individual quotation or to discuss special requests. The LeTriple Basic has a more limited selection of adaptations.

Does Sowecare sell used chairs?

We manufacture new chairs adapted to individual customers. We do not sell used chairs.

Where can I find my chair's serial number?

Look for a sticker with the CE mark and a number beginning with LT or LR. On LeTriple models, it is on the back of the horizontal bars beneath the chair. On the LeRoulé Plus, it is on the rear of the frame.

How can I compare the LeTriple and LeTriple Basic?

The LeTriple Basic is the entry-level model and has fewer options. The LeTriple offers a wider range of adaptations. Ask us for the comparison document or explore the range.
