Our hands-on production processes allow us to adapt a chair to individual requirements.
Our upholstery department upholsters indoor mobility chairs to suit each customer’s needs, with particular attention to the back and lower back. Whether you need different cushioning, cover materials or a particular shape, your individual requirements come first.
Our assembly department assembles the chair and adapts the frame of the LeTriple, LeTriple Wheels or LeRoulé Plus to the user’s measurements. Final checks ensure that our high quality standards are met.
In our upholstery department, every chair is upholstered with great care and craftsmanship. We use high-quality materials selected for durability, comfort and medical requirements, including Alicante, Niroxx and leather.
Our combination of experience and handwork ensures a high standard of finish that reflects our commitment to quality.
Components such as backrests, headrests and arm supports also receive their upholstery and finishing touches in this department.
All Sowecare chairs are assembled in our own assembly department. Here, we adapt each chair frame to the user’s specific requirements and preferences.
We also carry out the final product tests and quality checks here. Before a product leaves our factory, we make sure it meets our high standards of functionality and safety.
External partners also value the quality of our assembly work. Philips Medical Systems, for example, has its X-ray frames assembled at our facility, reflecting its confidence in our technical precision and reliability.
